What is a Giclee print?

These prints have been meticulously crafted by the fine folks at Art Printer LA, whose quality is second to none.

"Giclee" is a French word that's pronounced "zee-clay." These prints are known for their longevity and high quality. Printed exclusively on archival paper, you can be assured these prints will not succumb to damage which can occur over time, including fading and yellowing. When framing, an acid-free mat and quality-frame are recommended to ensure no damage.

How about shipping?

This is always a tough one.

We have done our utmost to keep shipping costs as fair as possible as we believe no one should be penalised for living on the other side of the world.

Shipping costs include packing materials and insurance for all artwork. Your items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note: If shipping internationally, additional customs fees may apply.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All sales made via secure checkout are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours. Please contact hello@katiejartwork.com for assistance. After this 24 hour period, the sale will be considered final.
